Luxury + Supercar Weekend
Now in its third year, and for the second time in Canada, LSW2011 is set to be the Nation’s finest two day outdoor showing of Luxury + Supercars. The 2011 event once again offers a unique up-close and personal opportunity to view the world’s finest examples of automotive advancements.
New for 2011 is the show highlight, “Innovations in automotive alternative fuel technology.”
Each car on display will be hand-picked by the LSW selection committee. Automotive enthusiasts of rare luxury supercars, vintage collectibles, electric/hybrid and concept cars will get the chance to view automobiles that are normally displayed only at select elite international automotive events such as Villa d’Este in Italy, Salon Privé in London, and The Concours d’Elegance at Pebble Beach in California.
The center of the event will take place on the manicured Great Lawn of VanDusen Botanical Garden, offering the perfect backdrop for a ‘Garden Party’ atmosphere. With a high profile guest list and entertainment to suit upscale tastes, LSW is set to be the most anticipated addition to the Metro-Vancouver social calendar.

Ladies please note the surface of VanDusen's Great Lawn can at times we quite soft and not suitable for a high stiletto heel.
Food and Beverage
Each attendee will be provided with an official VanDusen Garden Lunch and Beverages. A variety of beverage sponsors will be offering complimentary refreshments.
Seating
Luxury + Supercar Weekend is a vertical event.
Parking
Ample weekend street parking is available on both sides of Oak Street and West 37th. Please note VanDusen Botanic Garden official parking (On West 37th Ave) is limited. Please do not drink and drive.

Local Public Transport
For those taking public transport VanDusen Botanic Gardens recommends the following: From downtown Vancouver, take #17 Oak bus. Embark on the east side of Seymour Street or the transit stop on the west side of Howe Street just south of Robson (opposite Chapters books) Disembark at West 37th Avenue. Once at West 37th Avenue, cross the street to enter via the VanDusen Botanic Garden Visitor centre. Approximately 20 mints travel time. Detailed information on all transit routes can be obtained by calling 604.953.3333 or visit TransLink’s web site at www.translink.bc.ca.

Children and Patrons Under 19
Luxury + Supercar Weekend is not recommended for children under the age of 10 years. Attendees under the age of 19 will have restricted access to certain areas.
Patrons with Mobility Issues
VanDusen Botanical Gardens and Luxury + Supercar Weekend is a mobility friendly location. We advise that any attendees with mobility issues please contact Luxury + Supercar Weekend before the event to assist in managing your needs. Mobility parking is provided on a first come, first served basis and access will be given to attendees displaying a valid wheelchair vehicle decal. Wheelchair accessible washrooms will be provided.
ATM's
Automatic Teller Machines will be located within the event perimeter.
In and Out Privileges
In and out privileges are permitted from site however please note that Luxury + Supercar Weekend Security has the right to refuse entry to any one we feel is intoxicated or behaving irresponsibly.
